Rob Berger
President
Rob Berger is the President and founder of ROSS. Prior to founding ROSS, Rob was a Senior Account Manager and the top producer at one of Canada’s largest technology and IT recruitment firms. With over ten years of experience in the recruitment industry, he has worked closely with some of North America’s leading Software, Professional Services, Web, Biotechnology and Healthcare companies hire top talent. Rob has an extensive network of contacts and is involved in many industry events. Rob accepted the role of Chair, Talent Management & Career Day for Toronto Tech Week 2008.
Pete Needham
Vice President, Corporate Development
Pete has over twenty years of experience in both the Financial and Human Resources disciplines with Unilever, Unilever Canada, and ROSS. Originally from England, Pete has an Associate Chartered Management Accountant designation. For a number of years, he’s been actively involved with the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario. Pete has developed a number of People Strategy and Performance Management systems for both ROSS and ROSS clients’. Pete is fluent in French and is a Langevin certified Trainer.
