Our clients range from a 15 person tech consultancy in New Brunswick, to a 120 employee Profit 100 and Deloitte Tech Fast 50 Software Company in Toronto.
 
This is your opportunity get in on the "ground floor" of changing the Canadian Recruitment Paradigm. This role does NOT require you to sell.
 
You will use your proficiency in Human Resources and Recruitment as part of our Professional Services team to help our clients to build their business. This is a service focused role; ideal for anyone who has a passion for satisfying both internal and external customers.

We will provide you with:

You must have:

  • At least one year of corporate recruitment experience.
  • Two or more years experience with recruitment and/or human resources.
  • CHRP (HRPAO) complete or in progress.
  • Reliable transportation as you will be working out of your home office and on client sites across the GTA (could include locations not readily accessible by public transportation).
  • Outstanding communication and written skills.
  • The ability to be an active listener who leverages this skill to truly understand client needs.
  • High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
  • Persistence, self-motivation & tenacity.
  • A strong technical competency of MS Office applications and Internet. You have good typing and computer skills.
  • Excellent networking skills and the ability to engage people in conversations anywhere!
  • University business degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • The ability to work from a home office (computer and internet) when necessary
  • We will train you to become a phenomenal Recruitment Manager, but you must have at least an education, corporate background or an interest in technology. In other words, you have either a familiarity and basic understanding of technology and their acronyms or a conceptual understanding of technology. If you do not possess this, then you're willing to learn more about technology as many of our clients are technology companies.

  • You will need to have no reluctance picking up the phone and calling people you don't know, and a willingness to headhunt.

  • You have the desire to go the extra mile at all times to deliver optimal solutions to our clients.
  • You have the ability and desire to attend after hour networking meetings and events (at least two per month).
  • You're organized and process oriented and can effectively manage time, priorities and tasks to reach your objectives.   
  • You're a creative problem solver who is able to look at problems from different angles in order to deliver innovative and effective results to provide a win-win solution.
  • You have a willingness to learn and teach new methods, concepts and processes to deliver superior and new solutions.
  • You want to be part of a team that sets new standards in its industry.
